At Ayethic, every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, incorrect orders placed by customers, or delivery-related delays outside our control.

All sales are final.

Free Replacements

We will gladly provide a free replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • An item is missing from your order.

How to Request a Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear, continuous video of the very first unboxing, clearly showing the issue.

Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for replacement.

What Happens Next?

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
